Bnei has proved many times that they have really strong defensive line and PSV will have a hard time trying to find a way to visitors net.

Anderlecht were completely trashed in the first leg that took place in France and players needs to gather all their strenght - both mental and psychical in order to win over Lyon at home, so as to forget the pathetic performance in Lyon earlier this month. Anderlecht will miss Van Famme and thier striker Jonathan Legear, while Lyon will feel the absence of Sidney govou and Grosso who are out due to various injuries.
